What to Include in Your Project Brief

The more complete your inputs are, the more accurately the style, sample, production plan and quotation can be assessed.

Style Reference

Provide product photos, drawings, sketches, a tech pack, an original sample or reference links, and identify the product type and required changes.

Fabric and Color

State composition, weight, hand feel and functions such as stretch, quick drying, breathability, moisture wicking or compression. Include Pantone colors or reference images.

Size and Fit

Provide the size range, detailed size chart, quantity ratio by size, fit requirements and target-market sizing standard.

Private-label customization services including logos, woven labels, swing tags and packaging

Logo and Branding

Supply AI, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG artwork with the logo position, dimensions and preferred process. List any brand labels, care labels, woven labels or swing tags.

Quantity and Packaging

List quantities by style, color and size, including mixed-color or mixed-size needs. Specify packaging bags, tags, labels, barcode or UPC stickers and custom packaging.

Schedule and Delivery

Include the required sample date, bulk completion date, launch or shipping deadline, delivery method, destination and any nominated freight forwarder.

What Happens After You Submit

Your project moves from requirement review through sampling, approval, production, inspection and delivery.

1. Review the Brief

Confirm the style, fabric, sizing, branding, quantities, packaging, target market and schedule.

2. Provide Development Advice

Assess the submitted photo, drawing, sketch, tech pack, size chart or original sample and clarify any missing specifications.

3. Develop the Pattern and Sample

Proceed with pattern, CAD and fit development, followed by sample making. The stated sample cycle is 7–10 working days.

4. Fit, Revise and Approve

Review the sample, adjust the fit or construction where required and approve the pre-production sample.

5. Produce and Inspect

Arrange bulk production and conduct five strict quality inspections across the production process.

6. Pack and Ship

Complete the required private-label packaging and arrange door-to-door air shipment or sea shipment.
