Production and Quality-Control Path
Requirements, samples, production and inspections are managed through a defined workflow.
Confirm the design input, fabric, sizing, logo process, packaging, quantities and delivery requirements.
Develop the pattern and fit from a photo, drawing, sketch, tech pack, size chart or original sample. Samples typically take 7–10 working days.
Review fitting and required revisions, then approve the pre-production sample before bulk production.
Proceed with production after approval. The stated bulk-production cycle is approximately 25 working days.
Quality control covers raw materials, printing or embroidery, sewing, ironing and packaging, with 100% quality inspection and five strict checks.
Complete private-label packaging where required and arrange door-to-door air shipment or sea shipment.
